Representing Central Alberta homeowners and future homeowners, specializing in the towns of lnnisfail, Bowden, Olds, Penhold, Springbrook, Red Deer and Lacombe. Our creative, enthusiastic, and caring nature is perfect for matching each client's desires as well as skillfully featuring a home's unique presence and character.
Raised in Central Alberta, Darcy and Nicole understand the numerous intangible benefits of life in Alberta, with its unmatched stunning mountains and vast prairies, culture, and diversity. Nicole joined the RE/MAX family in 2009, and Darcy in 2010 as their son approached the middle school years. Both educated at Red Deer College, the Blair's decided to make the Red Deer area their home.
Nicole started real estate in 2007 and Darcy joined her in 2010. Nicole became a partner with Sun Country Realty in 2009. Nicole and Darcy became sole owners in 2017 and changed the name to RE/MAX Compass. Nicole has consistently been the top producer in the Town of lnnisfail since 2009, receiving the RE/MAX Hall of Fame award in 2015. RE/MAX Compass merged with RE/MAX real estate central alberta, and Nicole and Darcy joined the management team of the new 7 office brokerage.
Darcy and Nicole are very active and connected in the community; they volunteer with the lnnisfail Food Bank, lnnisfail and Red Deer Minor Hockey, Darcy plays hockey all over Central Alberta, just to name a few.The Blair's contacts, and lifelong area residency, leverage their energy and enthusiasm, enhancing their client dedication and insuring satisfied repeat clients and referrals.
The Blair Team showcase their homes on many websites and social media platforms and utilize a team of professional service providers such as a photographer, staging companies, virtual tour providers, and graphic designers to assist in marketing their client's properties.
Nicole and Darcy were married in 1996 and welcomed their son Carter in 1999. Carter now attends the University of Victoria as a full time student. Nicole and Darcy love to spend time travelling and exploring with their son.
